3. Helloworld Festival 2019
Airnorth participated in the annual Helloworld Festival in Toowoomba on September 14th. The event saw over 600 visitors attend this year.
We were delighted to offer two return airfares as lucky door prizes for travel between Toowoomba and Townsville and would like to congratulate the lucky winners - Mr & Mrs John Fairbairn from Top Camp Toowoomba.
The Fairbairns have yet to travel with Airnorth and are excited to experience our services.
We look forward to welcoming them on board.
2. Airnorth awarded contract extensions
Airnorth is delighted to announce that within 4 weeks of each other, we were awarded contract extensions for two oil and gas clients.
Airnorth CEO Daniel Bowden was delighted to retain the extension, expressing that "The contract extensions highlight confidence in Airnorth and its capability to service large oil and gas contracts."
Airnorth will continue to operate two weekly air services to Bootu Creek located 110kms north of Tennant Creek for OM Manganese and two weekly air services to Truscott-Mungalalu Airport located 520kms west - southwest of Darwin for Jadestone Energy.
Both routes are serviced by Airnorth's Embraer 120 fleet, a 30-seat aircraft proven to be successful due to its size, and speed, allowing for faster and more direct air services from its home base in Darwin.
